Emmascholastic Consultancy Services ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website, uses our enquiry form, or shares information with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Enquiry form: when you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your name, organisation, email, phone number (optional), facility type and message.
• Correspondence: details you share by phone, WhatsApp or email when contacting us.
• Technical data: aggregated, non-identifying usage data collected by Google Analytics — the pages you visit, the page you came from, and your browser and device type. This is used only to understand how the website is used.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you share for the following purposes:

• to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• to understand your facility's needs and any potential engagement;
• to improve this website and our services;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. What we ask you NOT to share

Please do not include confidential patient medical information, patient names, or sensitive personal data in any enquiry form, email, or initial message. If you believe sensitive information is needed to discuss a possible engagement, we will arrange a secure way to handle it separately.

4. Form processing

Our enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy. We rely on this service solely to deliver your message to us.

5. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which of our pages and articles are useful, so we can improve them. It helps us see general trends — for example, which services people read about most, or whether a page loads slowly — rather than tracking any individual.

• What is collected: the page you viewed, the site or search term that referred you, and coarse device and browser information such as screen size and language.
• What is never collected: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the text you write in our enquiry form are never sent to Google. When you submit the form, we record only that an enquiry was sent, and the type of facility you chose from the dropdown. We have disabled Google's advertising and personalisation signals, so no advertising audience is built and you are not profiled for remarketing.
• IP addresses: Google Analytics does not store or log your full IP address. Data originating from your device is processed with it anonymised before it is recorded.
• Do Not Track: if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we honour it and it affects the analytics data recorded about your visit.
• Where the data goes: to Google Ireland, which processes it on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie to tell returning visitors apart, so that a single person is not counted as several. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not set any cookie that follows you to other websites. You can decline analytics from the notice shown when you first arrive, or opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us — limited access, secure transmission where available, and careful handling of any records we keep. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We keep enquiry and correspondence information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to support an ongoing or potential engagement. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

9. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Because analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you as an individual, we cannot retrieve or correct a specific visit record. What we can do is stop collecting it — see the cookies section above.
